Chris Matthews, CTP

Mr. Matthews draws on his 20 years of treasury, corporate finance and accounting experience when serving our clients. Accredited with his CTP and MBA, his current engagements include complex modeling, portfolio operations, treasury management, compliance, cash management, process improvement, investment accounting, banking administration and controls, and insurance/risk management. He skills and experience in these areas are highly valued by TDi clients. Prior to joining the Treasury Dynamics team, Mr. Matthews spent several years as a consultant for a variety of prominent firms including DHL, Gilead Science, Castle Group and Adecco. His roles varied from building complex financial models, financial planning & analysis and accounting assignments. Prior to consulting, Mr. Matthews worked in various financial and accounting roles at The Gap, William Wilson and Associates as well having Big 6 public accounting experience. He has solid experience providing financial services to the Technology, Retail/Distribution, and Start-Up industries. Mr. Matthews received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Francisco, graduating with honors, and his B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder. |
Steve Wong

Mr. Wong has over 20 years of domestic and international corporate treasury management experience. His core competencies include treasury policy formulation, FX and interest rate risk analysis, hedging strategies and products, FAS 133 compliance and hedge accounting developments, internal controls, technology implementations, global banking structures and worldwide liquidity management. Before joining TDi, Mr. Wong was Director of Treasury Operations at Solectron Corporation (now Flextronics International, Inc.) and responsible for global treasury operations, including treasury centers in Singapore and Amsterdam. Prior to moving to California, he was European Treasury Manager for Dell, Inc. Based in the UK, this assignment provided him with first-hand experience in international treasury management. He originally joined Texas-based Dell Inc. in 1995 as a senior foreign exchange analyst responsible for both multi-billion dollar cash flow and balance sheet hedge programs. Mr. Wong earned his MBA (Finance) from Columbia Business School, and MS (Accounting) from Lubin Business School at Pace University. He was a graduate of Westminster University in London with a BA (Social Science) degree. He is also a member of Omiron Delta Epsilon, the International Honor Society in Economics.

Don Strauss

Mr. Strauss has over twenty five years of extensive treasury, finance, internal controls and capital markets experience including development, oversight and implementation of strategic alternatives, corporate policies and procedures, internal controls, FAS 133 accounting compliance, foreign exchange hedging strategies, Sarbanes-Oxley related processes and system solutions in the technology and financial industries. Prior to joining the Treasury Dynamics team Mr. Strauss was a Director with Deloitte & Touche LLP where he gained comprehensive experience consulting with both corporations and financial institutions on strategic issues concerning investments, interest rate risk, foreign exchange exposures and hedging products, FAS 133 accounting compliance and system implementations. In addition, Mr. Strauss has provided internal audit services relating to treasury operations, financial reporting and internal control issues. Prior to Deloitte & Touche, LLP, Mr. Strauss was part of senior management for the U.S. Capital Markets Division at Bank of America where he was responsible for the financial accounting and processing system selection for foreign exchange trading, foreign exchange options, interest rate derivatives and municipal trading desks. He also served as the Treasury Division Controller where his responsibilities included the day-to day operations of the treasury department, financial accounting, trading system selection and management reporting for all investment securities, debt and equity, and derivative products. Mr. Strauss received his B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from the University of California at Berkeley. He has spoken numerous times on treasury controls, mainly at Association of Finance Professionals (AFP) programs. |
Sue Fambrini

Ms. Fambrini has been in the treasury/accounting arena for over 12 years, 5 of which at TDi. In her prior employment she was Cash Manager at BEA Systems, performing global cash management operations for the software company. She was also Cash Manager at TriNet Corporate Realty Trust, where one of her responsibilities was the management of a $350M revolving credit facility. Her projects at TDI include cash management operations, stock administration, some foreign exchange, and credit administration. She is very knowledgeable with several bank cash management systems. Ms. Fambrini graduated from University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Accounting. |
Andrew Viets
Mr. Viets has over 7 years of experience in treasury and finance. For TDI, Mr. Viets currently provides treasury consulting, specifically in cash management operations and technology implementations. His work in the treasury technology arena includes coordinating the transition of bank reporting systems to web-based platforms, and designing an intranet website for their worldwide finance group. He has also assisted in the development and implementation of F/X hedging programs. Prior to TDI, he was a Controller for the Corporate Investment Group at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for the reporting of consolidated financial statements, as well as the analysis of regulatory compliance of trading activities.
Mr. Viets graduated with honors from St. Bonaventure University in New York with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
Neeta Demble

With 10 years of progressive international corporate experience, Mrs. Dembla is an accomplished and skilled treasury professional. While at Hewlett Packard she received several awards for her leadership and contributions and is now a valued member of the TDi team. Mrs. Dembla brings her substantial skill set and proven track record to each Treasury Dynamics client engagement. Her core competencies include accounting, particularly as it relates to treasury operations, foreign exchange, cash management, forecasting, bank administration, process improvement, and A/P & A/R. She is results oriented and has a strong history of team leadership and working across departments to accomplish corporate/departmental objectives. Ms. Dembla prior experience includes 9 years with Hewlett Packard, both in the U.K. and India. Her responsibilities included the cash management function for European and Latin America, FX forecasting, intercompany funding, management reporting, business continuity planning, auditing and accounting. Mrs. Dembla received her Bachelor of Commerce from Jyothi Nivas College in India and is currently a Six Sigma Green Belt. |
Charles Ullrich, CPA

With over 12 years in treasury, accounting and finance Mr. Ullrich has a wealth of experience and insight to offer TDi's clients. This experience includes bank administration, financial system integration, credit management, Sarbanes-Oxley, statutory reporting, process improvement, monthly & annual forecasting plus ongoing treasury operations and cash management. A brief look at his work history includes years at PG&E where his roles included Acting Treasury Supervisor responsible for setting up new banking and payment systems, daily treasury operations, electronic bill presentment and P-card services. He also served as a leading member of their Sarbanes-Oxley implementation team. Prior to PG&E, Mr. Ullrich was the Treasury Manager for an international internet consulting firm where he was responsible for treasury operations, bank administration, negotiating and managing multi-million dollar leases and credit management. Mr. Ullrich has also consulted with numerous bay area firms across several industries on their treasury, Sarbanes-Oxley and accounting needs.
Mr. Ullrich graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He went on to obtain his CPA in May of 1999. |
Nicole Di Basilio-Burish

Mrs. Di Basillio-Burish has 15 plus years of diversified financial experience in cash management, credit products, cash flows analysis and tax. She is a team player with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. Her solid technical experience includes systems such as SAP, ARIBA, Hyperion, SunGuard Treasury Systems (ICMS), numerous domestic and international banking platforms, Bloomberg, Morning Star, Business Objects, and Microsoft Office Products. She also has strong background in working with various departments and business units to manage and implement company-wide initiatives. Prior to joining the Treasury Dynamics team, Mrs. Di Basillio-Burish’s work experience includes cash management at Levi Strauss, where she was responsible for global cash management and daily cash positioning, investment/borrowing decisions, cash flow forecasting and bank account management and administration. At Chevron she managed excise tax audits for the North American Oil and Gas businesses, represented the company’s interests in state and local use tax audits and monitored changes in tax laws and how they would impact the company’s activities. She has also consulted with respected corporations including Kaiser Permanente and Gilead Sciences. Mrs. Basilio-Burish received her B.S. in Business Administration at San Francisco State University. |
Anna Drosihn

Ms. Drosihn has 23 years of work experience, many of which as a business owner. She is experienced in Business Development, Management, Accounts Payable, Sales Management, Human Resources and Business Administration. For Treasury Dynamics she leads the Escheatment projects for our clients. This entails helping clients comply with the various states reporting requirements and deadlines as well as representing clients in their efforts to recapture escheated monies from the states. TDi is a certified escheatment investigator with the state of California. Ms. Drosihn earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in Agriculture Business Management. |
